APPLYING ONLINE FOR ADMISSION (M.Ed.)

Before applying online, a candidate should have:

A. Scanned copy of their Photograph and Signature

B. Mobile Number & E-mail id

C. Keep the necessary details/document(s) ready (like DMC of Matriculation, Senior Secondary and Degree etc.)

D. Go to complete presentation- “How to Apply Online for Admission” available on the website.

1. Candidates will have to apply for admission in ONLINE mode only.

a. Go to http://cdlu.digitaluniversity.ac/

b. Go to www.cdlu.ac.in

c. The candidates will have to deposit the application cost (Rs. 100+50 for SC/BC/DAP categories and Rs. 400+50 for others for each application).

d. In case of any change in schedule, information will be uploaded on the University website. The candidates are advised to visit the university website for information update.

2. Before filling up the Application Form, the candidate should read the HBI thoroughly. All the fields/particulars in the Application Form must be filled in. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.

3. No registration will be allowed before or after stipulated registration dates.

4. In the application form, items marked with * are compulsorily to be filled in.

5. On successful registration, User ID and OTP shall be sent to your registered Mobile No. After verification you can proceed further.

 

6. The candidate can deposit the Online Admission Application Fee through E-Challan (generated & printed while filling Online application form) in any branch of Oriental Bank of Commerce (OBC).

 

ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION TO M.Ed., TWO YEAR PROGRAMME IN AFFILIATED COLLEGES

Eligibility: Master of Education (M.Ed.) two year programme :

B.Ed. or B.A. B.Ed. or B.Sc. B.Ed. of this University or an examination recognized as equivalent to B.Ed. with not less than 50% marks in aggregate.

Relaxation in eligibility condition:

Relaxation in minimum eligibility condition will be given to SC/ST of Haryana State and Persons with disabilities of all India candidates as per University rule.

Note: There shall be no rounding off of percentage of marks of the qualifying examination from 0.5% and above to next higher number for determining the eligibility i.e. 49.5% and above will not be rounded off to 50%.

ONLINE ADMISSION PROCEDURE (B.Ed.)

This section provides an overview of the steps involved in counselling and admission process.

A. Online Registration

􀀀 Candidate should visit website www.crsu.ac.in, http://www.hrybed.in

and http://www.hrybed.net

􀀀 Candidates should go through prospectus for gathering information/instruction in details about

counselling schedules and procedures. Softcopy is available on the websites

www.crsu.ac.in, http://www.hrybed.in and http://www.hrybed.net

􀀀 For phase-I and phase-II candidates will register themselves as per key dates mentioned in the

admission schedule for Govt/ Govt Aided/ University Maintained/Self-Financing Colleges of

Education in Haryana.

􀀀 For participation in online admission process, a candidate has to register by submitting personal

data/requisite information correctly in the online application form. On submitting this data/ information

user Id and password will be generated/ created for use in future logins by the candidate.

􀀀 For subsequent logins, candidates will be able to login directly with their user Id and password.

Candidates should remember to logout at the end of their session so that the details filled by them

cannot be tampered with or modified by unauthorized person.

􀀀 Candidates are advised to record/remember their password for future logins and not to disclose

or share their password with anybody.

􀀀 It is solely the responsibility of the candidates to verify that their personal data including Category,

Subcategory, Group (Science/ Arts with Maths & Art/Commerce), Residential Status, gender

etc are consistent with documentary evidence.

􀀀 If the personal data submitted /entered by the candidates are found to be wrong at the time

verification of certificate either during reporting or at a later stage, the allotment of seat/ provisional

admission is liable to be cancelled.

􀀀 Candidates should take a print out (hard copy) of the online application form containing the

 above personal data for future use

Eligibility Canditions for Admission to B.Ed. Two Year Regular Course

Candidates with at least 50% marks either in the Bachelor Degree and /or in the Master’s Degree or

any other Qualification recognized as equivalent thereto are eligible for admission to the programme.

Note:

(i) There shall be no rounding off of percentage of marks of the qualifying examination from 0.5%

and above to next higher number for determining the eligibility i.e. 49.5% and above will not be

rounded off to 50%.

(ii) 47.5% marks for SC/ST candidates of Haryana State only. As per letter dated :-16-07-2014

(iii) 47.5% marks for Blind /Persons with Disabilities and visually/Hearing Impaired candidates.

(iv) In case a candidate has passed the Master Degree Examination also after Bachelor Degree, the

higher percentage of marks obtained in either of the two will be taken into consideration while

preparing the merit

(v) Compartmental candidates will not be allowed admission in B.Ed. (Regular Course) in any case.

(vi) Cut off date for eligibility will be the last date/time of online choice filling.

(vii) One year PG diploma in any subject will not be considered equivalent to Master’s Degree.

 

Eligibility Canditions for Admission to Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.)

i. Candidates with at least 50% marks in Senior Secondary (10+2) from Board of School

Education Haryana, Bhiwani or its equivalent examination with five subjects including

passed English as one of the subject.

ii. There shall be a relaxation of 5% marks in minimum qualifying marks at Senior

Secondary (10+2) level for Scheduled Castes (SC), Backward Classes (BC) and

Differently abled candidates.

iii. Matric with Hindi/ Sanskrit

(II) Diploma in Elementary Education (Urdu):- D.El.Ed. (U)

In addition to the qualifications prescribed as at (i) above for Diploma in Education

(D.Ed), the candidate should have passed Urdu in Secondary (10th class) Examination

from Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani or any other Board having

equivalance of their examinations with Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani.

Note:

1. A candidate having higher qualifications will not be entitled to any additional benefit

whatsoever, he/she will have to fulfill all the requisite prescribed qualification and

other eligibility conditions.

2. The eligibility of a candidate (as on 20-06-2016) for admission to D.El.Ed. course shall be verified at the time of admission/counselling.

3. The medium of Instruction & Examination for D.El.Ed. course will be Hindi except Urdu & English subjects.

Admission Procedure:

The Merit List will be prepared purely on the basis of percentage of marks obtained in 10+2 examination stream-wise (Arts, Science, Commerce & Vocational) and distribution of seats in each institute will be as under:-

Stream-wise % of seats allotted

Science 30 %

Commerce 28 %

Arts 40 %

Vocational 02 %

Note:

1. 15% seats are reserve for outside Haryana candidates. If the seats of outside Hayana remain vacant then these seats will convert in open category.

2. If the seats in Science stream remain vacant, these will be converted into Commerce Stream and vice versa.

3. If in all three- stream (Science, Commerce and Vocational Education) seats remain Vacant, these will be converted into Arts stream seats.

4. The detail of Institution wise seats is available on SCERT Haryana, Gurgaon website www.scertharyana.gov.in

Stream Subjects: (Required Five subjects)

1. Science Stream English (compulsory) and at least three subjects from:-

Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology/ one Science Stream subject defined by Secretary, Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani.

2. Commerce- English (compulsory) and at least three subjects from:-

Business Studies, Accountancy, Mathematics/Economics/ one Commerce Stream subject defined by Secretary, Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani.

3. Arts- English (compulsory) with any four subjects.

4. Vocational- English (compulsory) and all other basic subjects in Vocational Institutes

Affiliated by the Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani or any Technical

Diploma approved by Technical Education Department Haryana/ passed 12th with

NSQF from Board of School Education Haryana Bhiwani or its equivalent.

Note:

The candidates are advised to apply for stream as per their subject combination in Senior Secondary examination and if any candidate does not apply in proper stream as mentioned above, his/her candidature will be treated as cancelled and no claim will be entertained in this regard.

FEES:

Self Financed Institutions Fees:

Fee for Self Financed Institutions in the state of Haryana is Rs.25, 800/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand Eight Hundred Only) annually as per notification excluding actual examination fees as prescribed by the examination body. The second year fees is same as per notification will be paid in the institution after completion of second semester examination.

Note:

1. Fees once paid will not be refunded in any case and Institution seat will be treated as filled.

Reservation:

As per instructions issued by Chief Secretary, Government of Haryana, General Services – III Branch vide letters No. 22/10/2015-1GSIII dated 28.02.2015 and 07.05.2015, there will be reservation in admission as under (subject to change by State Government): -

Category:

i) Scheduled Castes: (SC) 20%

ii) Backward Classes:

Block- A (BCA) 16%

Block-B (BCB) 11%

iii) Economically backward person in General Caste (EBPGC) 10%

iv) Physically Challenged (PHC) 3%

a Blindness or no vision (BL) 1.5%

b Locomotive Disability (LD) 1.5%

(i.e. with one arm, one leg, one arm & one leg & without both legs)

In case the reserved quota for physically handicapped remains unutilized due to non availability of suitable candidates of physically handicapped category, it will be

offered to the ex-servicemen category (1%) and the dependents of freedom fighters category (1%).

Note: 3% horizontal reservation is also provided to Ex-servicemen (self)/ freedom fighters and their dependents by providing reservation within reservation of 1% of General category, 1% out of scheduled castes and 1% from backward class category for admissions to the various education institutions of the Government and Self Financing Institutes located in Haryana.

The person who claims benefit of reservation under other categories shall not be entitled to claim benefit of reservation in the category of Economically Backward Person in the General Castes category.

Further:-

(1) A candidate belonging to Reserve Category should clearly mention the category he/she belongs to so that he/ she could be given the benefit of reservation as per Haryana Govt. instructions issued from time to time.

(2) Children or Grand children (maternal or paternal) claiming the benefit of freedom fighter will have to produce the certificate of freedom fighter of Haryana state to be issued by the Chief Secretary Haryana and also produce the relationship certificate issued by the Deputy Commissioner of the district concerned. Furthermore, it is clarified that only one candidate can avail the benefit of freedom fighter from their grandparent certificate in an academic year. If, it is found later on that more than one candidate have taken the benefit, the admission of such candidates will be cancelled.

(3) The entitlement of reservation towards ex-servicemen would be applicable to one

Dependent child only. The candidate belonging to this category should submit a fresh certificate issued from Secretary, Zila Sainik/Soldiers Board of the concerned district showing that he/she belongs to this category.

(4) For the purpose of reservation, the backward classes/persons have been put in categories i.e. Backward Class A (BCA), Backward Class B (BCB), Special Backward Class (SBC) and Economically Backward Persons in the General Castes Category (EBPGC). (See Annexure 1)

(5) Five seats as village seats (VS) are available in each of the following DIETs/GETTIs for the candidates who permanently belong to the village where these institutes are located and those Panchayats have donated land/building for the Institute as per Government Policy.

Mohra (Ambala), Birhi Kalan (Bhiwani), Madina (Rohtak), Ding (Sirsa), Beeswanmeel (Sonepat), Shahpur (Karnal), Mattersham (Hissar), Ikkus (Jind), Pali (Faridabad), Palwal (Kurukshetra), Hussainpur (Rewari), Tejli (Yamunanagar), Malab (Mewat), Matana (Fatehabad), Machhroli (Jhajjar) and Janoli ( Palwal).
