ADMISSION NOTICE

 

Online Application Form for admission to Diploma in Education D.El.Ed. &D.El.Ed. (Urdu) Course for the residents of Haryana & outside Haryana will be available online from September 30, 2025 to October15, 2025. Registration & online counseling fees is Rs 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) for General and Rs. 275/-(Rupees Two Hundred Seventy Five Only) for SC, BC, EWS and differently abled category candidates, which can be paid through debit/credit card & Net Banking (only for Axis bank a/c holders). The registration fee is non refundable under any circumstance. Candidates are advised to apply online. Application form is available on website www.dedharyana.orgorlink through council websitewww.scertharyana.gov.in.The students must fill at least 05 institutions of their own choice.

Eligibility:

 

  • The admission will be open to bonafide residents of Haryana and outside Haryana.

(In compliance of CWP No. 23829 of 2014 of Hon’ble Punjab & Haryana HighCourt Chandigarh).

  • The minimum Education Qualification for Admission to these courses is as follows:-

 

 

(I) Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.)

 

  1. Candidates with at least 50% marks in Senior Secondary (10+2) from Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani or its equivalent examination with five subjects including pass English as one of the subject.

 

  1. There shall be a relaxation of 5% marks in minimum qualifying marks i.e 5% at Senior Secondary (10+2) level for Scheduled Castes (SC), Backward Classes (BC) and Differently abled candidates.

 

  • Matric with Hindi/ Sanskrit

 

(II) Diploma in Elementary Education (Urdu):- D.El.Ed. (U)

 

In addition to the qualifications prescribed as at (i) above for Diploma in Education (D.El.Ed), the candidate should have passed Urdu in Secondary (10th class) Examination from Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani or any other Board having equivalence of their examinations with Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani.
